Terms and Conditions

At Kim MIchelle Styling we hold the rights to the following as follows: 



  • Withdraw and cancel services and refund financial transactions.
  • Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime. Where we will do our best to get our site up and running in a timely manner.
  • Provide you our copyright rules, such as attribution, adaptation, commercial or non-commercial use, etc.
  • Suspend and cancel any accounts that goes against the community rules and regulations.
  • Set rules for user behavior, like forbidding unlawful behavior, hate speech, bullying, promotions, spam, etc.
  • Disable user accounts.
  • Change method of payment accepting 

Return and Refund Policy

At Kim Michele Styling we value our clients; however, life happens, and things don't always go as seems. To protect our brand, integrity of our clients these are the terms and conditions of our return and exchange policy.


Returns and exchanges for inner state must be made within 14 business days of received goods. Outer states are subject to return merchandise within 21 days, 


Return and exchanges will be only accepted under these conditions as the following:


MERCHANDISE

  • When returning or exchanging return label must be included.
  • Item must be in original package.
  • No tears or damages to items.
  • Must include price tag.
  • No discoloration.
  • Exchanges can be made for the same item or items that is equal to original price or total of order.
  • Refund will be issued in the original form of payments. Unless credit card debit card has been lost or stolen. 
  • Must have original receipt to exchange or return merchandise. 
  • Wrong size and items do not fit and want to exchange for another size,
  • If item or merchandise was purchased as a gift, must have original receipt or gift receipt.
  • No stain, makeup or fragrances on merchandise. 


SERVICES

 .If stylist was late and not on time 15 minutes or above. We will refund up to 10% amount of total services and no charge or rescheduling fee and no charge or rescheduling.


.If client cancel services, they either have 7 to 10 business days or 72 hours to do so depending on services that are being provided to be considered for a full refund depending on services. 


.After the state above time frame client is eligible for only up to 10% of the total amount paid for services. 


.Client must notify us of reason for canceling services by email, following up with a text message to show 2 forms of proof for cancelation of services. Must be done so during our business hours so that we may respond accordingly.


.We have the right to cancel services if clients are rude, disrespectful, late, not on time, used inappropriately language or behavior, harass, stalk stylist goes against community standards or regulation.
