We at Kim Michelle Styling pride ourselves on having integrity and character that lets our customer know they come first.  We will not tolerate any racial discrimination nor forms of harassment of any acts of kinds. All acts or form of harassment of any act or kind, threats or violence will be investigated. and discipline accordingly At Kim Michelle Styling we strive to provide a safe work environment and shopping experience to all. We uphold theses principals as follows:

Respect

  1. . To not discriminate against color, age, race, sex nor one disability or mental complexity.
  2. To treat all customers with respect and service to the best of our abilities.
  3. Respect one's view on gender preference and race.
  4. Not to belittle or scorn a customer for their shape, budget, or taste in style. 

Principals

  1. To go over and beyond when researching, styling, shopping to reach the customer desires, needs and wants with a main table realistic goal. 
  2. To always conduct and uphold ourselves in a professional manner.
  3. To always arrive on time and be prompt with servicing our clients,
  4. If running late to notify the clients 15 minutes ahead of time to not keep our client waiting. 

Morals

  1. To respond to all calls, texts, emails in a timely manner to be ensure the client needs or being meet and prioritize.
  2. To not share, sell or exploit customer private confidential information. 
  3. To be honest, kind and when working with clients have not experience working with a stylist before. 
  4. Giving a reasonable time frame when and if needing to rescheduling appointments and meets with clients.

Values

  1. To always smile and be polite, kind to customers. 
  2. To provide knowledge, and proper training of styling to clients. 
  3. Providing best services, packages and deals that best suit the clients need and wants. 
  4. To always at times uphold the company mission, goals, agenda, principals, morals and values to one best ability.
